One-on-One Tutors

Personalized Learning, Flexible Schedules

Our One-on-One Learning Pathway pairs students with passionate and qualified tutors for customized sessions in general STEAM subjects for IGCSE, and CSEC. As a NEXiST Tutor, you’ll work remotely, set your own availability, and help students succeed on their individual learning journey.

Tutor Role

Deliver individualized sessions to students based on their academic level and needs

Follow NEXiST’s curriculum framework while maintaining creative flexibility

Provide feedback and session notes after each class

Support students in building confidence, curiosity, and content mastery

Requirements to Apply

Bachelor’s Degree (or pursuing one) in a relevant field

Minimum 6 months tutoring/teaching experience

Reliable computer or laptop

Stable high-speed internet connection

Webcam and headphone with microphone

Professional virtual background and quiet workspace

Contract Details

Employment Type: Contract-based

Location: Fully Remote

Pay: Per session (standard rate)

Our Accelerated Learning Pathway is designed for high-potential students aiming to complete IGCSE or CSEC in as little as 9–18 months, enabling early entry into tertiary education. Educators in this program lead structured, high-impact group classes following NEXiST’s highly focused curriculum.

Educator Role

Teach subject-specific classes within a structured schedule

Monitor student progress and contribute to personalized strategies

Collaborate with the Academic Advisor and Curriculum Coordinator

Deliver lessons after school hours in a virtual environment

2+ years of classroom or virtual teaching experience
